Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
